自然エネルギーを活かした設計
Building an energy efficient building
てつ家は、自然のエネルギーと上手に付き合うパッシブの考え方を取り入れて、設計されています。例えば、内・外装に使用している漆喰は、夏の強い日差しに当たっても壁の温度上昇を抑えてくれます。風通しを計算した窓の配置により、夏でもエアコンなどに頼らず、心地よい風が部屋へ入ってきます。
Tetsuya is a "Passive" guesthouse,which is designed to use natural energy efficiently and
effectively.
For example,the wall material used for all the buildings is a traditional Japanese
plaster,which protects from heat or cold.
The windows are caluculated to invite winds so that you will need no electrical
air-condeitioner.
地球にやさしい洗剤類の使用
Using enviromental friendly amenities and detergent
お客様がご使用になるシーツ、枕カバー、タオル類などの洗濯時に使用する洗剤、また食器類の洗浄用の洗剤につきましても、合成洗剤などは使用せず、生分解性の極めて高いものを使用し、環境への負荷を低減していきます。
客室の浴室に備え付けの、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーは全て石油系の化学成分を使用していない無添加の製品をご用意しています。
All detergents used in our guesthouse are highly biodegradable.We try not to use synthetic materials on dishes or linens to minimize human impacts on the environment.
環境にやさしい建築材料の使用
Using environmental friendly building materials
建築材料は廃棄時の環境負荷低減のため、無機、有機有害物質、環境ホルモンを含有あるいは発生させる材料は使用していません。また、有機溶剤を含む接着剤、塗料、ワックスは使用していません。
建具などの材料についても、ホルムアルデヒトの発生を抑えたF☆☆☆☆タイプですので、シックハウス症候群などでお悩みの方にも安心です。
Our guesthouse is built only with the environmental friendly materials without hazardous
or substances.
Moreover,we do not use any adhesives,paints,or waxes with organic
solvent.
Building materials are F☆☆☆☆ type,which is relatively safe for people with sick building
syndrome.
地産地消へ向けた取り組み
Local Production for local consumption
お食事の際に使用する材料には、地元食材を出来る限り取り入れ、農産物、海産物の移動に伴うエネルギー消費の軽減に協力いたします。
We cook locally grown foods for fresher meal and less food
mileage.

●宿で出た生ゴミは肥料として利用していただくため、近隣の農家へお譲りしています。
●通常、お食事の際にご用意する箸に、割り箸は使用いたしません。
●宿内の照明につきましては、随時ＬＥＤ球に取り替えを進めております。
●Our food
scraps are passed to local farmers,who use them as organic fertillizer.
●We do not use disposable chopsticks.
●We use energy efficient lightings as much as we can.
